2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Wooooojack Factory and any person making a purchase on the website www.wooooJackFactory.com. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the sale of products offered by the store.

3. Products
Wooooojack Factory offers for sale handcrafted and/or customized products, as described on the website. Photographs and descriptions are not contractual and the company shall not be held liable for minor variations.

4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
Order validation by the customer constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Wooooojack Factory reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a prior dispute exists.

5. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and are indicated to the customer prior to confirmation.
Wooooojack Factory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

6. Payment
Payment is made online using the available methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is secure.
The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

7. Delivery
Delivery areas covered are:

Mainland France
European Union
International (rest of the world)

Available delivery methods include Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Delivengo, and other private carriers depending on the case.
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Indicative delivery times are:

Mainland France: 24 to 48 hours after shipment
Europe and International: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination

These timeframes may vary in the event of exceptional circumstances.
Shipping is free within mainland France for all orders of €49 or more.
Any customs duties and taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
A tracking number is always provided.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of error or defective product.
Certain items are not eligible for return (customized products, sale items, perishables, etc.).

9. Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days, unless a justified refusal applies.
If more than 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact customer service.

10. Warranty
Wooooojack Factory guarantees the conformity of the products sold in accordance with applicable law.
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact customer service promptly for an appropriate solution (replacement, refund).

11. Liability
Wooooojack Factory cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products sold.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Wooooojack Factory or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Personal Data
The information collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

14. Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
