Preparation and Shipping Times:
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). No shipments are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery Times:

  • Mainland France: 24 to 48 hours after shipment

  • Europe and International: between 7 and 14 business days depending on the destination

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and exceptional circumstances (busy periods, weather conditions, etc.).

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Delivery is free within mainland France for any order equal to or above €49.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
For any delivery outside the European Union, potential customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Insurance:
Optional shipping insurance is available, charged based on the product’s value. This insurance covers potential loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Parcel Tracking:
A tracking number is systematically provided to the customer for each shipment, allowing the parcel to be tracked until delivery.

Incident Management (Lost or Damaged Parcel):
In case of a delivery issue (lost or damaged parcel), the customer must contact us within 7 days after receipt or the expected delivery date. A solution will be sought on a case-by-case basis, which may include a refund or reshipment depending on the situation and the evidence provided (photos, report, etc.).
