You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No restocking fees will be applied.
Non-returnable Items

Damages and Errors

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain another item, please return your product under the conditions above, then place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal within the European Union
In accordance with European Union law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to cancel or return your order without justification.
Return conditions remain the same: unused item, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
