Order & Delivery
At Wooooojack Factory, we process your order within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Shipments are not made on weekends.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers or exceptional circumstances such as high-demand periods or weather conditions.
Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you! We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible (80% of our orders are shipped the same day or the next day). However, sometimes due to high order volumes or the need to manufacture a part for your order, shipping may take a few days.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the delivery method you selected.
When you place your order, you should receive two emails: the first at the time of ordering, and the second when your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive a confirmation email a few hours after placing your order, please send us an email so we can verify that your order has been properly recorded.

Returns & Warranties
For Wooooojack Factory products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, for items purchased directly from Wooooojack Factory. Learn more about how we simplify returns.
For Dynasty products:
Due to shipping from Japan, returns or refunds are not possible for Dynasty products.
In case of any issues, Wooooojack Factory will liaise with Dynasty to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty is honored. Learn more.

For Wooooojack Factory products:
All Wooooojack Factory products are designed and manufactured in France, in our workshops in Jura. We prioritize short supply chains by working with local partners for subcontracting. In some cases, certain parts or production steps may be handled by partners in Switzerland to ensure the highest possible quality.
For Dynasty products:
All Dynasty products are designed in Japan, combining traditional craftsmanship with innovation. Manufacturing relies on precise Japanese techniques, ensuring an impeccable level of quality.
