Before being a company, Wooooojack Factory is first and foremost a story of friendship born on the shooting ranges of the Jura.
In 2014, Tom Jouffroy and Anthony Barbier, two teenagers passionate about archery, met at local competitions and training camps in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Our shared training sessions, endless discussions about equipment, and dreams of podium finishes quickly created an unbreakable bond.
One day, while watching a video of the Korean national team, we heard a coach shout “Wooooojack!” with every perfect arrow. This shout became our mantra, our driving force, our rallying cry. What started as a joke grew into a true identity. The Wooooojack Team was born, infusing a whole generation of local archers with new energy.
In 2016, Tom, then a mechanical engineering student, made his first tungsten points for us and our friends. He lit a spark that would grow far beyond our imagination. That same year, during a regional development camp, we had the chance to meet Jocelyn De Grandis, a two-time Olympian in Sydney and Athens, who spoke to us to share his experience and passion. This encounter added a new dimension to our adventure.
A few years later, Jocelyn followed Tom in training, and their discussions naturally led to the joint creation of a plunger with revolutionary micrometric adjustment. The athlete's ideas met those of the engineer, giving birth to a unique innovation. Our ideas became sketches, the sketches prototypes... and after six months of hard work, our innovation came to life.
In August 2022, we reached a decisive milestone: Wooooojack Factory was officially born. Six months later, we presented our creation at the prestigious Indoor World Series in Nîmes, accompanied by an international patent.
Today, we design and manufacture products in Franche-Comté that combine performance, durability, and local expertise. But we're already looking to the future: pushing the boundaries of precision, inventing equipment for the archers of tomorrow, and inspiring a new generation to live this passion with the same intensity as we do.

Since his teenage years, Tom has been driven by a deep passion for archery and technical innovation. A trained engineer, he is the creative and technical heart of Wooooojack Factory. He crafted the first tungsten points and imagined innovative solutions like our micrometrically adjustable plunger.
His approach combines scientific rigor with a love of sport, enabling him to transform bold ideas into concrete, high-performance products. ANTHONY BARBIER

Since his teenage years, Anthony has competed at the highest level of archery, regularly attending national and international shooting ranges. He reached the final of the Indoor World Series in Nîmes in 2018, won the Indoor World Series in Strassen in 2024, and has been a finalist in Las Vegas several times. He has been at the top of the French national rankings for several years, accumulating several French championship titles.
A mechanical engineer by training, Anthony brings his extensive archery expertise and technical rigor to Wooooojack Factory, ensuring that each product meets the expectations of even the most discerning archers. His dual experience as a top athlete and passionate technician makes him a key part of our team.
JOCELYN DE GRANDIS

Jocelyn De Grandis is an iconic figure in French archery, with a remarkable career marked by his participation in the Olympic Games in Sydney (2000) and Athens (2004). With this experience at the highest international level, he has acquired a deep understanding of the technical and mental demands necessary for performance.
